Integral Calculus with SAGE

Draft version
The material here is based mainly on two sources, some excellent notes in LaTex by William Stein (Univ. Washington, Seattle) on a Calculus 2 course he taught at UCSD, and extensive notes (in MS Word, converted to pdf) by Prof. Dale Hoffman (Bellevue Community College in Washington state). Both these authors agreed to license their word under the GFDL.

In particular, the existence of this document owes itself primarily to some great open source projects, including TeX/LaTeX and Sage. More information on Sage can be found at its website (http://www.sagemath.org).

The current latex document is due to David Joyner, who is responsible for some re-organizing, re-formatting, editing for readability, and any extra material added (for example, the Sage material). Please email corrections to wdjoyner@gmail.com.

The material added in this version is licensed under the GNU Free Documentation License (please see the FDL) as is most of Wikipedia.
